Last year it was a pleasure and a privilege to speak at one of the world’s top Agile conferences: Agile on the Beach (AOTB), in Cornwall, UK.
For something different, I shared the stage with my long time colleague and friend, Emily Webber. Over the last couple of years, we have been travelling the world speaking to inventors, creators, builders, learners, strivers, doers & dive-right-in-ers as research for our project, the Minimum Viable Book. AOTB was a most excellent opportunity to share some of these stories with an audience for the first time.
Our talk was titled “Agile in the real world: how 3D printing is enabling an Agile revolution for physical products”.
So without further ado, here’s our talk in full, filmed and published by the awesome AOTB folks last year.
I can not recommend this conference enough. It’s run by a super friendly bunch, and there are plenty of opportunities outside of the packed schedule to mingle and learn from fellow agile humans.
